Theragem™ Products

Our Warranty

All Theragem™ products come with a full 12 month international warranty.
In the unlikely event of a Theragem™ product failure please refer to the “trouble shooter” chapter in your Theragem™ user guide. If this does not resolve the problem contact your point of sale or contact Medica Health International Ltd directly for assistance.

Medica Health International Ltd. does not warrant the following:
  1. Periodic check-ups, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to abnormal usage.
  2. Defects caused by modifications carried out without the approval of Medica Health Int. Ltd.
  3. Damage resulting from the fact that the product is not conforming to country specific standards or specifications in another country than the country of purchase.
Warranty repair service is excluded if damage or defects have been caused by:
  1. Improper use, excessive use, handling or operation of the product as referred to in the Operator Guide and/or relevant user documents, including without limitation, incorrect storage, dropping, excessive shocks, corrosion, dirt, water or sand damage.
  2. Repairs, modifications or cleaning carried out at a service centre not authorized by Medica Health Int. Ltd.
  3. Use of spare parts, software or consumables, such as batteries, which are not compatible with the product.
  4. Connecting the product to equipment not approved for connection by Medica Health Int. Ltd.
  5. Inadequate packaging of the product when returning it to a Medica  Health Int. Ltd service centre.
  6. Accidents or disasters or any cause beyond the control of Medica Health Int. Ltd, including but not limited to lightning, water, fire, public disturbances and improper ventilation.
Others:
  1. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable national legislation in force, nor the consumer’s rights against the retailer arising from the sales/purchase contract.
