Using The Products
Most people will enjoy Crystal Light Therapy with Theragem™ especially if they are able to relax in a comfortable position during the session, such as lying on a massage table covered in a natural fibre blanket. The therapy itself is comfortable with most clients reporting warm, tingling sensations, waves of energy cascading in their bodies whilst often visualizing swirling colours, images in their minds eye. The patient can also sit on a chair and be kept warm with blankets and towels, if necessary rather than lie down.
The number of sessions required to address an issue - whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual - depends on the individual, the matter to be addressed and its depth or severity.
To use the Theragem™:
- Select and fit the gem cup(s) with the appropriate colour and crystals for the condition to be addressed.
- Adjust the gem cup to position the light heads 50–80mm from the area to be targeted for a focussed and intense session. You may position them further away to address a larger area with less intensity if the client is more sensitive, remembering client comfort is always paramount.
- Select the program required: ‘Energising’, ‘Calming’, ‘Balancing’ or ‘Stimulating’. Select the therapy intensity: ‘25%’, 50%’, ‘75%’ or ‘100%’.
- On the T1005 Clinique range you can select from 1-60 minute therapy time. Once the program, intensity and time are set, press start and therapy will begin. Therapy can be interrupted at any time by switching off the power button.
- Following the 1-60 minute protocol the unit will revert to a ‘Waiting for instruction’ mode.
- Repeat the protocol two or three times a week or as directed by your doctor or therapist.
As an add on to the Medica Health International Ltd Safety Operator Manual provided with each unit, the independently produced Friends of Theragem User Manual supplied with every Theragem™ purchased contains an Index of Conditions which assists therapists with gem cup, therapy and intensity selection.
