Seven Gem ’Chakra’ Mixture
Seven Gem Mixture contains the following gemstones:
- Ruby: Emits hot red rays which are energising and warming for blood and circulation. Lovingly stimulates mind, body and spirit. Base chakra gemstone.
- Carnelian: Emits cooling and harmonising orange rays which are moisturising, cleansing and stimulating. Used for stimulating the metabolism and spirit. Sacral chakra gemstone.

Nine Gem ‘Rainbow’ Mixture
Nine Gem Mixture contains the following gemstones:

Amethyst
This gemstone forms as a beautiful, transparent pointed crystal in rich light to deep purple hues. Amethyst is recognised as a master healer, transmutational, transformational, meditative, opening and calming to the mind, drawing out dark negative emotions especially fear and eases pain on all levels. It can help the client to understand themselves and the notion of ‘cause and effect’ and personal responsibility. Amethyst can be used in many instances where emotions are the ‘driving force’ behind illness and pain. This gemstone delivers a deeply relaxing and spiritual experience. It can be very effective for deep-seated pain.
Aura
Aura contains the following gemstones:
- Clear crystal quartz: Widely used for centuries, particularly in the form of clear quartz wands, to direct and amplify healing and love. Used here to cleanse and heal ‘tears’ in the auric field.
- Smokey quartz: As the name implies this gemstone has a golden to brown ‘smokey’ haze within its structure. This gemstone grounds and stabilises the client – highly important when working with ‘higher’ subtle energies. Used here to break the circuit of physical and negative mental habit affecting the auric field. This issue, if left unaddressed, aggravates the physical and mental state of the client. Helps to disperse all negativity, fatigue, frustration and anger.
- Tourmalinated quartz: Appears either clear or with a colour shift to striking green. This gemstone is said to go directly to the root cause of an imbalance or illness within the aura, then re-addresses and strengthens the energy field. A deeply protective, dynamic yet balancing gemstone.
- Labradorite: A spiritual protective crystal which appears subtly iridescent – shimmering with blue, gold and green hues. Used here to align and work with a client’s spiritual energy. Stabilises the aura and, with continued use, can provide a protective ‘shield’ against adverse influences.

Addiction Ease contains the following gemstones:
- Tigers Eye: A glossy shimmering brown gemstone. Soothes emotional and physical turmoil, helps ease the ‘trapped’ feelings and emotions of addiction.
- Iolite: A dark violet blue gemstone.A stone of deep metamorphosis, which can help with liver and whole body detoxification. It helps the client to understand the reasons behind the addiction and take responsibility for healing.
- Lithium Quartz: Part of the large quartz family of gemstones and extremely special. This stone contains amounts of naturally occurring Lithium, and is also used in our depression formula. It has a natural tranquilising effect.
- Amethyst: This beautiful purple gemstone and ‘master healer’ is used here as a transformational agent to mind, body and spirit. This stone importantly lessens cravings and supports the need for sobriety and freedom from addictions in whatever form they occur.
Alopecia Recovery
This mixture contains the following gemstones:
- Blue Sapphire: A master healer, also a beautiful and extremely useful stone found in many gemstone healing modalities. Used here to gently stimulate the peripheral circulation, nourishing the blood vessels and deeply relaxing the client.
- Opal: Displaying a beautiful rainbow spectrum of colours, opal contains silica which is necessary for strong and healthy hair.Helps to stimulate and purify the blood.
- Larimar: A form of pectolite appearing as a milky opaque blue gemstone. Has a direct affinity with the hair, cleansing stagnant energy and working at a cellular level on the hair roots and follicles.
- Chrysocolla: Also known as gem silica.Appears in hues of apple and blue/greens.
- Works deeply to re-oxygenate cells.Nourishes hair follicles with its abundance of silica and accelerates healing on all levels.

Beauty contains the following gemstones:
- Selenite: A brilliant highly crystallised gemstone which helps overcome free radical damage to skin cells promoting collagen and thus helping to minimise wrinkles.
- Coral (sourced from vintage jewellery): Prized in the Ayurvedic gemstone world for centuries and included today in our Beauty gem cup. This sea bed treasure is packed with true minerals formed over hundreds of years. It can help to release impurities, strengthen peripheral circulation and strengthen and nourish blood vessels.
- Pearl (sourced from the South Sea): Also prized in the Ayurvedic gemstone world and worn the world over for their iridescent lustre and beauty – no surprise, as pearls encourage moisture and suppleness in the skin.
- Rhodocrisite: A rose-pink to purple gemstone with loving, harmonising qualities. Used here to gently cleanse and soothe the skin. Helps the client to benefit from the energy of tender loving care given by this stone.
- Blue Sapphire: A master healer - widely used and an extremely useful gem. Used here to deeply relax the client whilst working on the circulation, and strengthening the blood vessels and structure of the skin cells.
- Diamond: A master gem and master amplifier. Used here to lovingly enhance the characteristics of all other gemstones in the mixture.
Cats Eye
Chrysoberyl cats eye is a very rare and expensive gemstone which is found in small quantities in Sri-Lanka and Brazil. The cats eye is present because the stone has chatoyancy in its make up and this effect cause the ‘eye’ which moves as the gem is gently turned .
In Ayurvedic gemstone treatments cats eye is the only stone that is used for treating cancer. It is for this reason we have included a cats eye gem cup into our range.
Our cats eye gem cups 1.5-2 carats of ruby, topaz and coral.
According to Ayurvedic terms, cats eye is the hottest of all stones giving out infrared rays. As such it is used in Ayurvedic treatments for chronic cases and terminating cases.Ayurvedic books mention that cancer cases respond wonderfully to the vibration of cats eye. It is possible, as cancer cells cannot survive temperatures in excess of 42° Celsius (107.6° Fahrenheit), that this could be the reason that tumours respond to this treatment.
Infrared is also known to travel deeper into the body than other wavelengths of light and it does not burn healthy tissue.
Paralysis is also said to respond to the use of cats eye.
Citrine
This is a stunning, uplifting form of quartz in a variety of yellows from clear daffodil to golden. It is one of the few gemstones which never requires clearing or cleansing, as it dissipates and dispels any negative energy whether it is from mind, body or spirit. A happy stone of abundance and ultimate balance. Citrine works well with the digestive tract and in particular the Pancreas.It can also be used to stimulate the crown chakra, motivating and energising the client to manifest their goals in life.
Depression Ease
Depression Ease contains the following gemstones:
- Lithium Quartz: Part of the large quartz family of gemstones and extremely special. Contains amounts of naturally occurring Lithium which has a natural tranquilising effect. Promotes balanced moods as the quartz provides deep loving and healing via its balanced energy field.
- Blue Sapphire: A master healer. A beautiful and extremely useful stone found in many gemstone healing modalities. In addition to its many well documented attributes, sapphire is a stone of joy, offering peace and is used here to deeply relax the mind, body and spirit.
- Jet: A glossy glass like jet black gemstone formed of fossilised wood. Used here to calm and soothe the mind. Helps to dispel dark, fearful or violent thoughts.
- Apatite: A beautiful clear blue gemstone. Used here for its healing and balancing energy. Gently overcomes blockages and any sense of loss and confusion often associated with depression.
- Lapis Lazuli: A sacred, deep blue stone used by ancients. Flecked with lazurite, calcite and pyrite. Used here to help overcome depression by easing and releasing feelings of low self esteem. Promotes self acceptance and harmony in interpersonal relationships.

Digestion Ease contains the following gemstones:
- Citrine: A bright clear yellow gemstone, soothing and energising, in turn working on the stomach, pancreas, gall bladder, liver and intestines.
- Peridot: A pure green gemstone also known as olivine. Warming, comforting and an excellent healer to the digestive tract, especially the stomach, duodenum and spleen.
- Amethyst: Beautiful purple gemstone and a master healer. Used here as a soothing, strengthening tonic for the stomach and duodenum especially. Helps heal ulcers and relax tension.
- Carnelian: Bright orange gemstone.Deeply energising, treating the gall bladder, pancreas and spleen.Helps dispel the heavy sluggish sensations that are associated with indigestion.
- Iron Pyrite: Penetrating and strengthening the entire digestive tract. Helps where insomnia is present due to digestive upset.
IBS Relief
This mixture contains the following gemstones:
- Peridot: Pure green gemstone also known as olivine. Appears in a range of yellow to green gemstones. A gentle protective gemstone useful for regulating the body systems – thus helping to balance and tone the small and large intestines. Warming, comforting and an excellent healer to the digestive tract especially the stomach, duodenum and spleen.
- Emerald: A form of beryl and a true master healer. Emits cold green rays which are at once very anti-inflammatory, calming, cooling and strengthening when used on the digestive system. In Ayurvedic wisdom emerald is a true digestive ‘tonic’ cooling any inflammation in the stomach and intestines and soothing painful spasms. Useful in cases of diarrhoea.

- Blue Sapphire: A master healer and a beautiful and extremely useful stone which can be found in many gemstone healing modalities. Used here for its deeply relaxing qualities which eases pain and spasms. Strengthens a nervous and sensitive digestive system so that it can better cope with the demands placed on it.
- Ruby: Emits hot red rays which are energising and warming for blood and circulation, lovingly stimulating mind body and spirit.Base chakra gemstone. Truly invigorating and uplifting for mind, body and spirit, thereby promoting health and happiness. Used in this formula to provide stimulation and vigour thus balancing the other gemstones and working on a stubborn and constipated bowel.
- Carnelian: A form of chalcedony appearing in the colours of orange to red. This is a spiritually protective, yet deeply energising, gemstone which dispels emotional and physical negativity. Like ruby above, carnelian is used to balance the action of the other gemstones in the mix. This offers stimulation to the slower digestive systems and helps regulate the spleen and pancreas.
Migraine Respite
This mixture contains the following gemstones:
- Jet: A glossy black gemstone that is formed from fossilised wood.
- Works directly on the disabling pain of migraine and helps ease the fear that surrounds an attack.
- Rose Quartz: The pink gemstone of unconditional love. Used here to gently ease pain and emotional distress, helping the client to feel safe and nurtured.
- Rhodocrisite: A tender, loving gemstone that is pink to soft red in colour. Used here to alleviate the fear and dread of a situation.Soothes inflammation within the head and relieves nausea.
- Sapphire (indigo blue): A master healer. Used here to relax blood vessels in the brain which often become constricted in migraine sufferers causing the ‘attack’. Deeply relaxes the client in general.
Moonstone
Not surprisingly, this gemstone is deeply connected to the moon (as in cycles) and is milky white to deep peach and opalescent to look at. Moonstone is a highly ‘feminine’ gemstone and works well with females of all ages from puberty through to pre- and post-menopause. It is, however, also a good gemstone for balancing emotional and physical higher sensitivities in both male and female clients.It achieves this by re-connecting clients with their innate intuition and working with the concept of new beginnings and true ‘rebirth’.
Rose Quartz
This is a gentle translucent to transparent pink stone. Ultimately Rose Quartz is the gemstone of unconditional love.The true energy given by Rose Quartz is within all forms of healing and is as the heartbeat of the universe. It is wonderful for all forms of emotional wounds, no matter how deep, or wherever they have lodged in the body or the mind. Tenderly balancing the heart chakra, it can allow the client to connect and understand true self worth. It can help to remove any negative conditioning that may have happened during childhood or on life’s path.Rejuvenating, purifying and calming.
Skin Clear
Skin Clear contains the following gemstones:
- Crystallised Sulphur: A yellow crystal found singly and in substrates. Used for centuries for its cleansing, antibiotic and healing properties.
- Amber: A fossilised resin from trees. Anti-bacterial and purifying. Resin has calming properties to relax the dermis and the client.
